Communicating during a disaster is difficult as traditional systems become overloaded or incapacitated. KKG was on the ground in Napa in the North Bay Fires and is completing the Emergency Operations Center After Action Report for the City of Santa Rosa with a strong focus on crisis communications. KKG is also under contract to develop the Crisis Communications Annex for the City of San Jose and brings recent learnings from significant events to help your organization develop an effective crisis communications plan.
